is a flame retardant special PVC type that is developed for railway wagon interior lining applications. Usually 3 mm or 4 mm thickness sheets are used in these kind of applications by thermoforming. This material can be produced in three different embossed model (P5, P11, P27) and colours (grey 927, ivory similar to RAL 1015 and brown similar to RAL 1019).
BOLTARON company, one of SIMONA group companies, produce PVC alloy sheets to be used in aviation and railway applications. These sheets can be produced form 0.25 mm to 76.2 mm by calendering, extrusion and press lamination. They are available in various colours and surface textures and UV resistant sheets can be also produced upon request. BOLTARON PVC sheets meet FAR 25.853 (a) ve (d) fire ratings and also UL 94 V-0, MVSS Docket 90, 90A and FM 4910 low flammability requirements.
